INEN 605 - Material Handling Systems

Description

 

To develop an understanding of the principles of designing and analyzing material handling systems.  The emphasis will be on modeling the system performance of the material handling systems.  Consideration will be given to both material transport and material storage systems.  A variety of technologies will be considered and issues related to unit load handling, material flow and storage, and systems integration will be also discussed.
